2. RFF to sanchin stance; execute a double middle block(slow); reverse punch.

3. LFF to forward stance; right reverse punch to the chest.

4. RFF to forward stance; left reverse punch to the chest.

5. RFB to forward stance; left low block.

6. RFB to forward stance; right low block

7. Shift 45 degrees into a left horse stance (C facing D) and execute a left chickenhead block.

8. RFF to forward stance; right lunge punch to chest (facing D)

9. RFB to horse stance; execute a left low palm heel block and a right tensho block simultaneously (still facing D). (see notation)

10. LFF step forward 45 degrees into a horse stance (C facing E) and execute a right chickenhead block.

11. LFF to forward stance; execute a left lunge punch to the chest (facing E).

12. LFB to horse stance; execute a right low palm heel block and a left tensho block simultaneously (still facing E). (see notation)

13. LFF to forward stance (facing B); execute a left shuto block.

14. RFF to forward stance (facing B); execute a right shuto block.

15. Left front snap kick, come to left in-line forward stance; execute a left upward elbow strike; left backfist strike; – shift and execute a left low block; shift hips and execute a right reverse punch.

16. Pivot 180 degrees to your rear (facing F) by lifting your right leg (to avoid sweep); place right hand in position for shuto strike; slide forward ending with feet in ready position; execute a shuto strike top the neck.

17. LFF to forward stance; execute a left shuto block.

18. RFF to right forward stance; execute a right shuto block.

19. RFB to left forward stance; execute a left shuto block.

20. Right front snap kick, come to right in-line forward stance; execute a right upward elbow strike; right backfist strike; – shift and execute a right low block; shift hips and execute a left reverse punch.

21. Pivot 180 degrees to your rear (facing B) by lifting your left leg (to avoid sweep); place left hand in position for shuto strike; slide forward ending with feet in ready position; execute a shuto strike top the neck.

22. LFB (A facing G) into a right cat stance; execute a right shuto block; right front snap kick; reach and grab with the right hand as you simultaneously step forward into a right forward stance; execute a left reverse punch to the chest.

23. RFB (A facing H) into a left cat stance; execute a left shuto block; left front snap kick; reach and grab with the left hand as you simultaneously step forward into a left forward stance; execute a right reverse punch to the chest.

24. RFB into a left cat stance (A facing B) execute a double circular block (left hand low on hip and right hand at waist) using SANCHIN breathing technique, push out simultaneously (left hand to hip and right hand to shoulder).
