    9. Pivot 90 degrees left to a left forward stance (slight shuffle to adjust stance); Left high Block (facing C).

    10. RFF to front stance; right lunge punch to chest.

    11. LFB to sumo stance; right low block (facing C).

    12. Pivot 180 degrees to your right by moving your left foot to your front, then pivoting – RFF; right high block (facing D).

    13. LFF to front stance lunge punch to the chest.

    15. Turn to face B; LFF to sanchin stance; left middle block, left low block, right reverse punch to the groin (KIAI!)

    16. Pivot 180 degrees to your right (to your rear facing E) by lifting your right leg (to avoid sweep) place right hand in position for inside shuto; slide forward, feet in ready position and execute shuto to the neck.

    17. LFF to sanchin stance; left middle block, left low block, right reverse punch to the groin (KIAI!).

    18. Pivot 180 degrees to your right (to your rear facing B) by lifting your right leg (to avoid sweep) place right hand in position for inside shuto; slide forward, feet in ready position and execute shuto to the neck.

    19. RFB to a forward stance (F facing G); left middle block, right reverse punch the chest, left lunge punch to the face.

    20. Step up with the right foot to ready position (facing B) 21. LFB to a forward stance (H facing I); right middle block, left reverse punch to the chest, right lunge punch toto the face.

    22. Left foot then right foot up to A – ready position.
